Rooted Weddings is a wedding officiant service that believes a wedding ceremony should reflect the couple's uniqueness. They reached out and needed an online platform and brand identity to expand their reach within the Muskoka area as a leading wedding officiant service. Rooted Weddings required a hub to condense communication channels online. As well as showcase their story of what they do and how they can transform and help couples.
I further built upon the brand by creating a clean, modern website to showcase what Rooted Weddings can do and emphasized trust with strategically placed testimonials. The client and I also wanted to create a very welcoming and inclusive platform so that couples of any sexual orientation could feel welcome to celebrate their day their way.
The final brand is welcoming, calming, and feminine, which communicates very well with the brides and couples Rooted Weddings interacts with. This brand identity and website also allow Rooted Weddings to show their professionalism with teams. It also works well within the market of Muskoka by keeping true to nature-inspired logos.
After branding Rooted Weddings and creating a welcoming online platform for them, they won two Reader's Choice Awards in their community and were booked out for that following year's season of weddings.
